Black Seed is one of the few plants that has attracted the attention of so many scientists around the world. Chemical analysis of its constituents has revealed a wide and diverse variety of chemical constituents such as, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Essential Oils, Proteins, Minerals, Vitamins, etc. Nigella Sativa, (Black Seed) has a history of use for 2,500 years. This makes it one of the safest plant extracts for human consumption.

It is an adaptogen. This means it is an agent causing adaptive reactions. It also increases the resistance of the human body, protecting it against various diseases. The medical property is mainly present in the fatty & essential oil of the seeds which amount to 35% of the wt. of seeds.

Dosage
Adults : 2 Capsules a day in the morning after meals or as prescribed by the physician.

If you are presently using Allopathic treatment, do not discontinue unless otherwise advised by your physician. You can use Baraka while using the above treatment. With the continuous use of Baraka you can gradually reduce other treatments for Diabetes.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions
There are no known adverse effects. Black Seeds are used in our daily food & it is an ingredient in more than 70% of the Ayurvedic Preparations.
If one feels Baraka Black Seed Oil Capsules are too heaty for their body or if the patient has a history of gastritis, they should reduce the dosage and use it less frequently.
