Analysis of Black Seed's constituents has revealed a wide and diverse variety of chemical constituents such as, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Essential Oils, Proteins, Minerals, Vitamins, etc. It is an adaptogen. This means it is an agent causing adaptive reactions. It also increases the resistance of the human body, protecting it against various diseases.

Daily use will not only regulate the Blood Sugar Level & Cholesterol Level, but also provide the body with the Vitamins, Proteins & Minerals. In addition to the above, Black Seed enhances the body's immunity system thereby fights diseases and thus provides the natural healing property.

Dosage
Adults: 4 Capsules a day
2 in the morning after meals & 2 in the evening after meals.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions:
There are no known adverse effects. Black Seeds are used in our daily food & it is an ingredient in Ayurvedic Preparations. If one feels Baraka Black Seed Capsules are too heaty for their body or if the patient has a history of gastritis, they should reduce the dosage and use it less frequently.
