Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, BIO EXTRACTS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the site in any way.

Legal Disclaimer

1. All items are subject to availability. There may be a delay in dispatching your order if any item is out of stock. Orders would normally be dispatched within 3 to 4 days of receipt; but you would be notified and given the opportunity to amend or cancel your order, if expected dispatch exceeds this period.

2. Your credit card will be debited when you order is dispatched. If your order comprises more than one consignment, we reserve the right to debit you card for each consignment dispatched.

3. All items are of merchantable quality and packaged securely. We would not normally accept responsibility for damage in transit. However, in the event of any problem experience on delivery, please contact us in the first instance.


4. Illustrations of items featured are for guidance only. We reserve the right to supply an item which may not be identical to the illustration; but could be identified as the same product.

Changes

BIO EXTRACTS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
BIO EXTRACTS may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the BIO EXTRACTS Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. BIO EXTRACTS may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability. BIO EXTRACTS may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
